Kata2 Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the kata2 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the kata2 platform at kata2.co, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and kata2 as the platform operator.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using this platform. kata2 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version.
Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are drafted and governed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia.
Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
Age and Eligibility Requirements
Registration and use of the kata2 platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 years and above only. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. kata2 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that does not comply with this requirement.
Registration and Account Information
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual is only permitted to hold one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same user is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without compensation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact the kata2 support team immediately.
Account Suspension and Closure
Kata2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, platform abuse, or any conduct that may compromise the security of the platform or other users. Account closure on these grounds may involve the freezing of any balance currently under investigation.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following while using the kata2 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt kata2's systems or networks.
- Sharing your login credentials with others or allowing another person to use your account.
- Depositing funds sourced from illegal or illicit activities into the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activities.
- Cheating, deceiving, or attempting to exploit the system or other users.
Permitted Use
The kata2 platform is provided for lawful personal entertainment. Users may access and enjoy all available features upon completing the required registration and verification process. All activities on the platform must comply with applicable Malaysian laws.
Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals
Fund Deposits
All transactions on the kata2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users may make deposits via the payment methods listed on the platform, including local bank transfers and designated e-wallets. The minimum deposit amount varies depending on the selected payment method.
Successfully processed deposits will be credited to the user's account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. kata2 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal of Funds
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account that has been registered and verified in the name of the same user. kata2 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals that cannot be completed due to inaccurate account details are the sole responsibility of the user.
Refund Policy
Deposits credited to a gaming account are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances considered at kata2's sole discretion. All refund-related requests must be submitted in writing to the customer support team for further review.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Kata2 Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kata2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this platform. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses resulting from game outcomes, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond kata2's control.
The kata2 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis and kata2 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be error-free or available without interruption.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and other materials on the kata2 platform are the property of kata2 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such materials without prior written consent from kata2.
Third-Party Links
The kata2 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. kata2 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the use of such third-party services. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of each third-party service separately.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
